CITY LIFE, WITH A LITTLE COUNTRYSIDE

Keep your city life.
Make room for
a little farm.

You don’t need to buy land or build a whole farm to make animal keeping part of your life.

The Genius Farm is a concept for private, equipped animal enclosures near a Moroccan city. You rent your own space within a shared site, with shelter, outdoor room and basic water access.

Bring your animals, choose their feed and take part in their everyday care. A little more hands-on. A little closer to how food is raised.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is the farm open yet?

Not yet. This is a concept in development for Morocco. The location, opening date and final offer are still to be confirmed. The images show the idea, not an operating farm.

Do I own the land?

The idea is to rent a private animal enclosure within a shared farm site. You would not need to buy land or build a whole farm.

Can I visit only at weekends?

You can plan visits around your life, but your animals still need appropriate care every day. You remain responsible for that care unless you separately arrange someone to cover it. Animals cannot be left unattended between visits.

Are animals, feed and care included?

No. You provide your animals and feed. The proposed base offer covers the enclosure, site access and basic water. Feeding, cleaning and holiday care would need separate arrangements, where available.

Which animals could I keep?

Hens, sheep and rabbits are being considered. Suitability, permitted species and numbers will depend on the final site rules, the enclosure and each animal’s needs.
